Endrick’s future at Real Madrid is becoming increasingly uncertain, with Roma and AC Milan reportedly preparing January loan moves for the Brazilian forward.

The 20-year-old has struggled for regular playing time in Madrid this season, raising the possibility that he could leave the club temporarily in January in search of consistent first-team football.

Roma and Milan Ready to Make Another Approach

According to reports from Football Italia, both Roma and Milan are considering renewed approaches for Endrick after previously showing interest during the summer transfer window.

The Italian giants believe a loan move could give the young striker the regular minutes he needs to continue his development, while also allowing Real Madrid to monitor his progress away from the pressure of the Spanish capital.

Ancelotti Calls for More Playing Time

Brazil head coach Carlo Ancelotti has publicly voiced his concerns about Endrick’s lack of opportunities at club level.

“Without playing, they cannot develop,” Ancelotti said, stressing that young Brazilian talents need regular football to reach their full potential.

Endrick has made just one appearance this season, featuring for only four minutes in Real Madrid’s 3-2 victory over Elche. He has otherwise remained on the bench for three matches and missed another four games because of injury.

January Exit Becoming a Possibility

With his playing time still limited, a January departure could now become a realistic option for Endrick.

The Brazilian has already demonstrated his ability to make an impact when given regular opportunities. During his loan spell at Lyon in January 2026, he recorded eight goals and eight assists in 21 competitive appearances.

Roma and Milan could therefore provide Endrick with the opportunity he is currently lacking at Real Madrid — and a January loan could be the next step in his development.
